Hello my nerdcore friends! It is another day in which we get blessed from the anime gods with a new episode from Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, episode 60 to be exact! To be honest with you guys on this one, it’s not looking too good for Edward or the rest of Central for that matter as things turn for the worst. Download the episode at the end of the article.

Mustang is with the other human sacrifices having lost his eyesight because of the forced human transmutation that he got involved in last episode. So Edward, Al, and their teacher try to fight to best of their ability, but nothing works against Father, he’s just too powerful.

All the while, Scar is facing off against King Bradley, who has left any shred of humanity behind him and given in completely to his desire to fight, even if it is to the death. Scar is definitely keeping up with him though and even doing better, since he is completely different from how he was before and now he fights with a purpose and has allies now. Basically the roles for Scar and King Bradley reversed entirely from how they used to be.

We get taken back to fight below Central, and it is all over the place. Ed is in a fierce battle against Pride, and since Pride used the forced human transmutation in the last episode, he seems to be weaker and his shell breaking apart. But all this fighting is just to kill time, as Father‘s plan finally comes into fruition as he has all his pawns in the right place at exactly the right time and everything gets ever so epic from here on.
