Apple to Reveal Two iPhones
IGN is reporting that Apple may be unveiling two new iPhones this year. The company has released a new iPhone every year since the launch of the original, but this year it sounds like they’re doubling up. Why two? Well, one will be the expected and improved version for AT&T subscribers. The other is supposedly a CDMA phone that will be carried on the Verizon network.
In Gizmodo’s review of the Droid, they called it “the second best phone around, on the best network around” and later referred to the iPhone as the best phone you can buy. If the iPhone comes to Verizon, would you bail on the Droid? Would any of you AT&T subscribers break your contract and jump ship for the superior network? I just might.
In any case, the IGN article states that production on the Verizon iPhone isn’t slated to start until this September.
It better be good or I’m going Google Phone.

No way I’d give up my Droid for an iPhone lol. Apple’s way too restrictive and unpredictable, compared to a completely open market with the Droid.
