PopCap games, the folks behind some of the industry’s most popular casual games, has just announced that they are bringing Plants vs Zombies to XBLA this year.

Plants vs Zombies has been a huge hit on a variety of platforms including the PC and iPhone. However, PopCap promises that the XBLA version will feature new play modes and a higher resolution running at 1920×1080. The game will be available this September and is targeting a $15 price point (1200 MS Points).
