We reported earlier that rumors were a bubblin’ about Hulu coming to the Xbox 360. Now the rumors suggest that it may be coming to the PlayStation 3 as well! We haven’t heard anything official from Sony, but Businessweek is reporting that Hulu has a strong chance of coming to the PlayStation 3: “Sony Corp. is close to an agreement to carry a paid TV service from Hulu LLC on its PlayStation 3 video-game console.” As the report states, Hulu would be available in the form of a paid subscription service. The current guess is that the subscription would run users $9.95/month which is pretty much in line with what we would expect.

The real question here is: does that agreement give Sony exclusive rights or does it just mean that both 360 and PS3 owners will be able to enjoy the service? Only time will tell; expect an official announcement as early as next week!
