How about the ability to install your games onto your Xbox 360’s internal hard drive? No problem!!! Although it may take some time to transfer the large file sizes, it looks like a pretty simple process! Looks like you are still going to need the original disk to actually play the game (which makes it half as cool of a feature), but I think Microsoft is on the right page with this one… Check out the video above.
A ruling from a California court has declared the early termination fees in cell phone contracts illegal. Judge Bonnie Sabraw made the ruling after coming to the decision that the fees stand in violation of California state law. Popular service provider Sprint Nextel was ordered to not only cease seeking some fifty million dollars in termination fees, but to actually pay consumers back a tidy $18.2 million for past fees.
Scientists have found a large lake on Saturn’s moon Titan. The lake was discovered by the Cassini-Huygens probe and is proof that large bodies of liquid reside on planets other than Earth. It does not, however, provide proof of liquid water on planets other than Earth; the lake is composed primarily of liquid ethane which Robert Brown, lead researcher at the University of Arizona’s Lunar and Planetary Laboratory says is “less viscous” than water, “If riffling your fingers through it you wouldn’t feel as much resistance.”
Calm down, this isn’t really about crack. I know I know, what a disappointment. It seems that the new iPhone 3G is producing hairline cracks in the case to go along with your faster connection. Don’t worry, Apple will probably have a new iPhone 17billion G out by the end of the week you can line up for.
Although Amazon and Circuit City have the pre-order for the 60GB Xbox 360 for delivery in August, Target seems to have already tossed one on the shelf in NYC! Anyone noticed one at your local store yet? Let us know…
